Raft Tycoon Controls

Raft Tycoon uses standard Roblox movement plus a custom left HUD. Most “I cannot redeem codes” tickets are a player looking at the Roblox escape menu instead of the in-game Settings gear. This page is the bind list and the HUD map. Pair it with Getting Started on your first session.

Sprint plus jump is how you recover if a shark knocks you toward the rim. Do not sprint blindly off a one-plate starter raft.

Thumbs cover the gear easily. If Settings never opens, you tapped Shop (bag) or the cash plus button. Codes are only in Settings, as shown in how to redeem.

The HUD you will use more than jump

Cash counter. Top of the left stack. The plus opens Robux cash packs, not codes.

Settings (gear). Codes, and other client options. This is the only redeem screen.

Shop. Gamepasses: Double Cash, Auto Collect, Auto Build, Run Boost, Jump Boost, vehicles. See gamepasses.

Rebirth. End-of-raft reset. Grey until the tycoon is complete enough. Read rebirth before you click.

Weather banner. Centre-top. Sunny is idle. Tsunami is climb-now. Details in sharks and weather.

Invite / friends. Top-right. Each friend in the 10-player server is +10% income. This is a control. Use it.

Boat menu. Opens from the dock. Shows owned Jetski, cash boats, and Robux hulls with Speed / Handling / Income. Spawn puts the hull in the water beside the raft. Full stats: boats.

Combat and water

There is no deep FPS kit. Equip a sword from the shop buttons, look at the shark, click. Two or three swings usually break the aggro long enough to climb a plate. Rocket Launcher was a pass that is not always for sale; do not plan a loadout around it.

Swimming uses the same WASD / stick. Head toward any plate, not necessarily your mansion. Sharks win long swims. If you fall during a race, spawn the boat again from the menu instead of swimming the track.

Quality-of-life binds that are actually passes

Run Boost and Jump Boost in Shop change how the same keys feel. They are convenience, ranked low on the tier list unless you hate the default walk. Auto Collect removes the collector walk entirely. Auto Build steps buttons for you — strong if you pay, dangerous if you wanted to choose Golden Upgraders first (see make money).

Common “broken controls” that are not bugs

• Clicking a dropper button with no cash. The price floats on the pad (Dropper 2 $150, Dropper 3 $500, and so on).
• Trying to redeem in chat.
• Opening Esc instead of the gear.
• Standing in a visited raft via the spawn portal, where your HUD still shows but the buttons are not yours.
• Racing without spawning a boat, then wondering why WASD walks on water poorly.

If a pad never highlights, walk closer and click the green circle, not the floating text. Some Golden Upgrader pads cost Robux (for example a 25 Robux Golden Upgrader 1). The prompt will say so. Cancel if you did not mean to spend Robux.

Suggested practice circuit

1. Walk a full rectangle around your current plates without falling in.
2. Sprint from the collector to the highest floor you own (Tsunami drill).
3. Open Settings, paste one code from the codes list, close, empty the ATM.
4. Open the boat menu, spawn Jetski, complete one race lap, despawn.

That circuit uses every control that matters. Everything else is shop.
